A beautiful virgin and wonderful beach which is characterized by crystal clear water, it has fine-grained white sand. It is one of the most frequented beaches of the beautiful island of Formentera.

The Posidonia, an endemic plant of the Mediterranean under its water has been declared Human Heritage by the Unesco, as well as the natural park of Ses Illetes which is protected by Unesco.

You can reach the beach by car, scooter and bicycle; it is also possible to reach this beach by public bus and taxi. During the summer months, a small fee is going to be requested at the entrance by vehicle for the parking. There is a disabled ramp to access the beach in Cavall d’en Borràs area.

At the end of Illetas, you can find the little neighboring island of Espalmador. The safest and easiest way to get to this islet is to take the Bahia ferry from port La Savina.

There are lots of restaurants along the beach serving typical and refined food, specially fish and paella. There are numerous well-known restaurants like Juan y Andrea, Es Molí de Sal, Tanga, El Pirata, Beso Beach, Tiburón..!
