This beautiful Vila in the north of Formentera is situated in the area of Porto Saler. On its compound you will find 1,5 hectar of pure nature.
The main house has a nice kitchen, a spacious living room, 3 big sleeping rooms, and 2 bath rooms. Next to the main house exists a guesthouse with a double sleeping room and an attached bathroom. The house is surrounded by terraces and porches where you can enjoy the hot days of the summer.
Next to the house is the 12x3m sized swimming pool. Attached to the pool area you will find a nice terrace with sun chairs, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, which invites directly for a BBQ. When you arrive back from the beach, there is an outdoor bathroom awaiting you, with a shower and a toilet.
At the house you also have WIFI and satellite TV.
